Amanda joined City Kids in January 2020. Amanda recognises that the natural environment provided by Papatūānuku helps tamariki and kaiako to be connected, capable, resilient and above all feel a sense of manaakitanga, joy and belonging as they engage with and learn through the seasons and gifts of nature.  She enjoys learning alongside children, helping them to discover the world around them while following children’s individual and collective interests .  Amanda also loves to share the joy of art, music and movement with tamariki.  She believes that being confident with and enjoying art, music and movement helps children to express themselves and most importantly have fun and enjoy those experiences with others.
